CS in Virginia said: “How can get in touch with the person fighting HSBC, because they foreclosed on my home May 12, 2009. Accredited Home Lenders were my original Lender. They fail to comply with my rescission, I also had my loan audited and found fraud and Tila, Respa etc violations. HSBC even wrote me a letter stating they had not properly disclosed to me the Right to Cancel. Can someone get in touch with me so I can stop them from taking my home. I would like to join the class action suit also.”
