MS in New York says:  “My HSBC credit card payment was late 2 days in March and the bank raised by intererst from 14.15% to 32% They did not advise about this not that my minimum payment went up significantly. HSBC policy will not change this rate until there are six months of payments on time. I have had this account for several years, my mortgage is with HSBC, but that did not matter.  They have really put me under the bus.”

Editor’s Note:  HSBC wants you to believe that all of HSBC is under one roof and they work well together.  The truth is your mortgage is with the real HSBC, while your credit card is with predatory lender Household International, now called HSBC Finance.
