CL in Pennsylvania said: “HSBC is trying to stick me with fines and fees because they claim I did not enter my correct bank account number when I paid them online. This is my first run in with them – they are in charge of my Bon Ton Card. When I asked them for a copy of this “incorrect payment” they put me on hold for an hour and then hung up on me! Plus, they are charging me $45 in fees for this supposed error they refuse to prove!”
