RR in Oregon said: “Arrow Financial sent a collection letter addressed to me for a credit card debt belonging to the company I use to work for. This company went out of business. I sent a letter back to them with this information and the bank and owner names and numbers. Arrow closed this debt account but did not contact me or the credit agencies that they had sent the debt information to.

I now have an outstanding debt shown on my credit which is holding up closing on a refinance loan with time running out. I had requested that they send out the information that this account was closed to me and my lender and the credit agencies but they have not sent anything to date. I have asked to speak to a supervisor when I call in but have been cut off or had no answer.”
