GR in Alabama said: “HFC/HSBC just reduced my credit line from $15,000.00 with $0.00 balance to $0.00, so I contacted HFC and talked with Peeyush Dutta (employee #: HBI3DT). HFC sent an email with no details other than “HFC has adjusted the credit limit on your loan account.”

HSBC is an organization which is unconcerned with the customer. There is no petition process for reconsideration and the manager I spoke with admitted that there were no issues with transaction history or other cause. HFC simply zeroed out a block of accounts to mitigate exposure given the current situation in the market. Unbelievable!”
