SB reported:  “Last fall there was an introductory offer through NAPA Auto Parts and my mechanic for an HSBC account including 90-days interest free and a year\’s free roadside assistance program.  I never got the roadside assistance info. from them despite having called several times.  I had trouble paying online and often paid by phone.  I cancelled the account after 90 days mostly because it was so fishy.  Now I see that they have reported me 30 days delinquent when I first opened the account.  Someone should close these people down!”
