CL in Texas said: “I have just become aware of the DCTax that HSBC charges. So far I have accumulated $656.46 in debt collection fees. How can persons being abused by this tax get together and try to find resolution.”

Editor’s Note: DCTax refers to debt collection tax, or fees added and padded to an account. Usually the account holder receives no information about these fees, billed hours from staff lawyers, the amount per hour, and other information.
