PV in Ohio said: “I receive at least three, and sometimes as many as 5, automated calls from HSBC per day, every day except Saturday. It has been happening for almost 5 weeks now. The calls are not from operators, or from an automated voice-message system. They are “hang-up” calls. There is no one even on the line, it is simply an auto-dialer. The idea is that you call back. Who does that? I have requested to be removed several times, but keep getting the story that it may take up to 60 days.”
