BW in Alabama said: “HFC & their collection attourney tried to put a lien on my parents house where I used to live, and a lien against my parents checking account. All because me and my Dad have the same first name. They dropped that effort and now have a garnishment on my wages. I am trying to make a settlement, but HSBC’s settlement offer is not very much of one. Every time I talk to them the numbers are different. I am in distress. Please help.”
