2 AE’s were fired in Ky west last week and at least 3 more are scheduled for the coming week. This is not “optimization” ….this is termination for poor performance. Optimization will start in the coming week. Look for several AE’s to be offered a “Move or quit” option. They are offering AE’s the option of moving to other offices when they know that after the last year most will not be able to afford a move without assistance. This is a strategy designed to make AE’s quit so the company does not have to pay severance. It’s a crappy deal all around.
