A Maryland customer asked this of HSBC: “Just when I think I’ve heard all the crap Household Finance has to offer I hear more. Ms. Turner from the Foreclosure Department at HFSB
tried to convince me that their Hardship program was a result of the Bailout plan. Now, let’s think this through. Many people on this board have applied for a hardship? Was it before or after October 2008? October 2008 was when the first bailout was approved by congress. So how can this company state the bailout was used to establish a hardship fund when my hardship case was approved December 2007?
