Let me tell you about the integrity hotline. It is confidential, but because branches have so few employees, the rest of the branch is able to narrow down who made the call and believe me…you get treated much differently. It would be different of there were 100 employees in the branch, but 6 doesn’t take much to figure out. People who have been fired had to sign an agreement in order to receive severance. They aren’t going to risk losing that.

Even now the little guys are stuck doing the dirty work while some managers take of drinking and to strip clubs. Having the tip line is just a feel good for the company. That line was used 2 times in my branch and one of the times staff was taking it out on the wrong person thinking someone else made the call. The best way would have been to keep logs and a tape recorder.
