I am a 10+yr employee for HSBC and really am disappointed in mangagement these days, not only do they not listen to you, but they also expect you to work your tail off with not even a thank you. I am a very hard working employee who here lately, don’t really feel like working at all due to the lack there of management not doing anything all day, so hey what is the phrase “lead by example”.

HSBC is a great company who is just going through the problems of all companies in these rough economic times…but really HSBC you should really re-think your decisions on your management and when you have several top people not producing….you should really stop and look at what you can do, to fix the situation and make those 10+yr employees happier!
