Same thing happened to me this week. 10 year employee with 8 years managing. I reported a problem AE that was stealing from company. They suspended him last Tuesday and fired him on Friday. On Wednesday they suspended me for further “investigation” and ultimately terminated me on Monday due to alleged insurance violation that I had already been cleared of back in June 2008. In my 10 years I was never on even a warning for any wrong doing or a corrective action of ANY kind. I spoke with a QAC in another part of county and it was stated that NEVER had he seen anyone fired for this kind of allegation. I’ve always been the company girl — and this is how it ends. These people are nuts.
