Heard we are moving to 2 regions in the US (we are at 3 now) which means a TOP LEVEL manager is out.
In California, I heard we are moving to either 5 or 6 districts which means 1 or 2 DSM’s are out of a job. We currently have 7 but were at a staggering 18 only a year and half ago. California as a state is one division now (includes one office in Hawaii) and looking to include both Arizona and Nevada as of 1/09 since so many offices will be shutting down in California.
California currently has a low number of 59 offices for our division. I am a high level manager now and do not wish to give my personal info due to threat of retaliation which is supposed to be against policy but I see it occur frequently.
I will check back with your site soon and send more detailed info once I get it and see this posted. The meetings for upper level management roll-out are set to occur next week on 10/29 with the DSM’s to see who’s closing and who still has a job.
Editor’s Note: This timeline corresponds with other reports we received.
