A visitor said “Bene/HFC management is stringing employees along with the hope of FHA loans. But no one is talking about the big elephant in the room! HSBC shut down Solstice mortgage just 3 months ago. They had FHA and they had 2 central locations! They had their best month when Kathy Madison came in and shut us down! Why shut it down when it’s the future? Because it’s not. NRE loans are the future. Along with less branches. Till HSBC can sale the business. It doesn’t make sense to shut down an FHA lending arm like Solstice when it’s the future!”
