HSBC Green Initiative falls flat when 32 Facilities violate EPA

Yesterday we wrote about HSBC violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Today we present HSBC violations of the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and other EPA violations. At least thirty-two facilities were in violation.

Musicians Friend and HSBC go green but fail to email statements

A Kansas customer of Musician’s Friend said: “Seems a new trick for those of us that went “green” and eliminated mailed Musicians Friend HSBC statements is: They quit e-mailing out statements, and hammer you with a late charge. I’m curious how many they pulled this on and made major income?” That is a very good question. If you did not receive your “Green Statement” just let us know and we will publish your report. If it looks like a new trend for our trend analysis software we will track it like a hound dog on a possum. Meanwhile, report it to your attorney general.
