This report should be regarded as op-ed or an unsolicited editorial. Comments are the personal opinions of the submitter:

Here we go AGAIN in CALIFORNIA… Once again there is another DSM to remain unknown who was asked to step down to a Branch Sales Manager position. Mind you this was a DSM (district sales manager) for YEARS.. Won numerous awards, several national and divisional trips, and recognized for outstanding achievements. Mind you this was current all achievements with his division. This person not only dedicated his time, sacrificed his family, and his whole being and life to Beneficial/HFC/HSBC for numerous years. The fact of the matter is the DGM Mike Pinto in charge of the California Division is, and has been, terminating employees that were orginaly Beneficial since he took over the whole Division for California.

Point blank – He holds a grudge against any person who was trained or employed under prior upper management that he took over all of California in 2007. I am beyond shocked that noboday higher up such as HR or any CEO in Chicago (HSBC headquarters) such as Niall Booker or Stephen Green or Kathy Madison along with many others who have not noticed the amount of discrimination or the rage against Beneficial employees that the current DGM in the California Division Mike Pinto has regarding prior inherited employees with the realignment.

This is outrage. Beneficial employees are head-hunted and respected in other companies. They are sought out. How could the vast amount of the Beneficial emploees all be bad? For all the people that were let go in California that were good Beneficial employees, long or short term, look at when you were let go. It was when the new realignment took place back in 2007 to the present.

You can thank Mike Pinto in the California Division. Mike Pinto DGM for the California Division has done nothing but target all present and prior employees. If you were higher up HR and paid attention you would notice the amount of Beneficial employees in the California Division under Mike Pinto that have falsely failed under his division. WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO WAKE UP? THIS IS INSANE.
