This is a reprint of a document sent to President Barrack Obama by an HSBC customer:

Email sent to Mr. President Obama

Mr.President :

I am at your mercy to help me recoupe the monies due me from all the fraudulent activity done by HFC/HSBC. I hope the details listed below will explain why HFC/HSBC owes me what they took from me.

I bought my home in April 1995 Saxon financed the loan and sold it to Meritech, Meritech paid off the loan July or sold my loan to HFC 1997

I have been trying to resolve monies due me back from HFC/HSBC due to adding Disability/ life insurance on to the loan which is detailed on the HUD July 1997 thru Sept 2002. I have all original Documents from Saxon, Meritech and HFC/HSBC showing disability/credit life was canceled on each loans processed by HFC/HSBC.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for several years with no resolution other than HSBC mailed me a letter and handwritten documents showing I had my loan with them 11/1995 thru Sept 2004.

HFC/HSBC added on to my loan over $30,000.00 of disability and life insurance, plus how can the balance still be almost the same from 1995 (no 1996 docs recvd from HSBC) and 1997 (letter recvd Jan 2008 from HSBC WITH HANDWRITTEN DOCUMENTS)?

The first letter I received from HSBC Oct 2007 stated that disability and life insurance WAS NOT ADDED in the loans dated 7/97 thru 1999 and stated insurance was elected in 2002 and 2004.

When I questioned and showed prove I did not elect disability and life insurance I received another letter January 2008 along with handwritten documents dated 11/1995 showing details (HUD) to justify again what they said on the first letter I received Oct 2008 other than HFC/HSBC tried to explained loan papers dated 7/1997 when they first deducted disability and life insurance and added it into my mortgage same day 7/1997 and deducted it from line of credit and than added the balance again into (same day) my mortgage.

They added disability and life insurance in 1998, 1999 plus in 2000-2002 and 2004.

I reconciled all the loan numbers ( HFC/HSBC) starting from the July 02,1997 thru Sept 2004 plus I also gave them the dates when I first bought my home which I lost Aug 2008 beginning April 1995 thru 1997 (Saxon,Meritech,HFC/HSBC)

Please explain to me how HFC/HSBC can get away with it and I am the one that lost everything?

How many more people are out there that have been treated the same way by HFC/HSBC?

This is a follow-up:

I emailed President Obama yesterday regarding my mortgage I had with HFC/HSBC from 1995 thru 2008. (I was foreclosed/evicted Aug 2008.) I emailed President Obama regarding disability/life insurance added into my loan adding up to over $30,000.00 plus interest fraudulently + handwritten documents mailed to me to justify (with a letter attached) what they did to me.
I just realized the insurance company is AIG!

Again, I am asking for help to recover what HFC/HSBC took from me!
