Topic Title: Orchard Card, Nautilus, Bowflex Service all Bad
Kenneth in Minnesota says: "The interest rate for my Bowflex/Nautilus card was not that low. Retail services made the payments low. This sets up consumers that think they have a low payment to not be able to pay off their loan. The interest accrues way to fast. Especially after the over the limit fees hit when getting the first bill. Speaking of bills I never received one after the first. I did not receive billing in the mail or confirmation from HSBC/Retail services either. I have a credit card from Orchard and the CSR are the worst. I am always wrong and they cannot help me because it is not their fault.
Their computers make the determination for interest rates. This is strange because I get these mailings from the company, Change to credit agreement, that tells me that HSBC can change the interest rate at any time. These people are like negotiating with the wall. This company sets its customers up with high interest, fees and poor customer service. They do not keep contact through proper billing. It is easy to fall behind and they certain do not help."
