Topic Title: Big Lots - Can't Pay At The Store

BD in Virginia says: I have an account at the Big Lots store, this is the first credit card I've had that you can not pay a payment in the store. If you want to pay by phone you can only pay by check and you have to pay a 15.00 processing fee. I wish you could pay by a debit card or at the store.
