CP in Kerala India says "It's really shocking for me to tell the fact that h.s.b.c credits a a lot of additional big amounts from my credit card account tata aig insurance with out my consent, knowledge or permission. i had phoned the customer care toll free number and told my complaint, but couldn't get a satisfactory reply. if this is the policy of h.s.bc, i would be forced to cancel all my h.s.b.c accounts and h.s.b.c credit card accounts and give a bad opinion to my friends who are h.s.b.c customers."
