and their affiliates may be addressed
to this, real professional who is doing her job and superbly I must add.

Many organizations turned away, many swim in their own bureaucracy.
This woman acts as a true noble:
1) She responded right away.
2) Submitted the complaint and Resurgent Capital is answering fast, lying but answering - that's a lot already as the Sherman Financial Group - the parental firm and its so called affiliates just ignore us Consumers - we are junk and nobodies to them.
3) Resurgent Capital Services responds to this, real professional and she submits their responses back to us.
4) We have a fair chance to address all the violations if have a solid proof it.
5) She is not taking sides but gathers evidence for review. That is a huge start.
Please organize your info, make it straight to the point, no long letters please - just facts.
Contact her when have facts and legitimate complaints but please, don’t overshadowed them by trivial nonsense and, worse, dishonesty as you are responsible for not making people like her loose trust in those who have legitimate complaints.
So please be respectful to all and think before write.
Please do not forget to thank her for being such descent and dedicated person as that is hard to find and wish her health and best wishes as respect and gratitude must come first before anything else.
