Topic Title: Does Household bank collect Insurance coverage for debts?

I need clarification if any one knows as can‘t get this information from the Household bank currently merged with HSBC bank.
1) I would like to find out which insurance firm(s) was/were and when handling write-off and/or charge-off for Household credit cards accounts under Best Buy Inc in 2001-2003?
Does Household bank collect Insurance coverage for accounts which became debt or just reports them as uncollectible?
2) I need the beginning and ending months if there were different insurance firms who provided the coverage.
3) Was there any specific write-off and/or charge-off in reference to
Household credit card if any and Best Buy card if any within 2001-03?
