Topic Title: Orchard Bank Stacking Allegations Surface

SP in Virginia said "Orchard Bank (HSBC) has been adding late fees when the payments are in fact on time..then the late fees generate an 'over the limit fee'. I believe this is called stacking. They wont stop. And they are re-billing for merchant accounts payed several month prior. Repeated complaints to them does nothing. You get an automated response and at the end say' You are a valued customer' Can nothing be done to shut these people down."
Editor's Note: Notify your state attorney general, the OCC, the FTC, and pile on another of over 5000 BBB complaints. Some day the general public will learn that HSBC is still a predatory lender!
