Topic Title: HSBC Auto Finance Reports Lies

Tina said "I purchased a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan in May of 2005 (new) at a Massachusetts dealer w/ HSBC auto finance. A few weeks later I received a collections notice for a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan (that I never owned) saying it was over 120 days late and will be repossessed. When I called they said it was an error in the way they submitted my loan and it would be cleared up. Two years later this error still shows up periodicallly on my credit report. I had never used HSBC before and never owned a 2005 caravan. They still have in their system that I have two loans but that one is closed. This is a lie. I am so sick of it."
