BW in Ohio says "I am very disappointed to find out 2 days before my payment is due, I cannot pay online. After talking to a representative, after holding on the phone for 20 min. or more they never mentioned to me that this was not possible, all the representative said was the e-mail address. I am never going this route again, I will do my shopping with a company that is fair. All these people want to do is make more money and not care about their customers."
