Topic Title: A bunch of off shore CSR's
JJ in Arizona said: "Notified HSBC of my pending divorce and asked if they could send me duplicate billing to keep track of the auto loan payments on the vehicle awarded to ex-wife. They said no on dup billing, but would notate the account to notify me if any payment became delinquent. My credit score plummeted in Oct, 2005. She was already 2+ months behind on pmts. They never contacted me. Requested delinquent pmts off my credit due to their lack of follow through on the only option I had to track the loan. They said the account was, in fact, previously notated, as requested, but would not remove bad hits off my credit. Fought with them for 2 months and gave up. Repo'd the vehicle in Dec '05 and paid it off the next week. Absolutely no logical respect from HSBC. A bunch of off shore CSR's that are trained to tell everyone "too bad for you're problems, nothing we can do. And no there is not any upper management that you can talk to to resolve any issues."
