Topic Title: More HSBC Fraud in Arizona

Post

From R.B. in Arizona

We, too have been victims of HRS fraud. In 2000, and they changed the due date from the 23rd to 22nd with no notice. They created a whole new account and a $25.00 late fee is now $900. They are known to hold checks and post the day after the due date. It is 2006 and this has been on our credit report since then. We refust to pay it. I sent certified letters, filed a complaint with the OCC#254527. I have been hounded by at least 10 bill collectors. I canceled any credit card that uses them as a backer.
