From E.W. in Texas

Message: I was so glad after reading the complaints made concerning HSBC I wanted to shout. I lost spousal support doing my divorce and "FELL ON HARD TIMES." Although I was 1 month late HSBC lied to me a said I was two months late. Not thinking I arranged a pay by phone for two months. Later I thought to view my statement to reflect on this two months late payment. I was only one month behind for June and when I was called by HSBC July payment was not yet due.

I called HSBC to inform them of their trickery in trying to get me to pay two payments at once and one was due. I was informed that “At least you have your payment made and you don’'t have to worry until August 26th” . I was so up set I went to my bank and put a stop payment on this account. Then I mailed my payment in to them. Also I went on line to make a payment on line and when I went in to check that
account, I was told my account didn't exist. MAIL your in payment. It has worked for years and it will continue to be my best recourse of Bill pay.

Thanks for letting me vent!
