Topic Title: HSBC Absolutely Worst Company Ever

JC in Florida said "I have had nothing but horror stories with hrsaccount.com. I call the company every month and am always told the site is working perfectly fine, of course i can never access the site to pay my bill. Customer service will then tell you to call the tech dept, that's another nightmare, no one ever answers the phone. This company has charged me late fees and fees for returned checks, upon speaking to my bank, I'm told the check number was never submitted. Of course, none of these fees are ever returned to me. This is by far one of the the absolute worst companies ever."
