KB reports "I have identity theft issues on my credit. HSBC approved an application for a tax deposit and the check from the IRS was issued and directly deposited on 2/17/06 in the amount of $1740.
"I need information on this transaction to forward to the secret service. I did not make this application nor did I receive the money."
