EM in Virginia said "I, a CompUSA former employee, was also duped with a 36 months same as cash no minimum due scheme. I call it a scheme because it seems CompUSA uses this ploy to sell their products and then refuse to live up to the agreement; with HSBC and CompUSA sending you back and forth between each other.
After refusing to pay for 2 years, I finally settled. Now I cannot get them to send me a letter stating I have paid in full. I have called them 4 times asking for the letter which they say each time that they have sent and will resend. Needless to say, I still have not received this letter."
