WHO & WHAT is HSBC Retail Services to ME? I received form IN 14970(10-05) "IMPORTANT CHANGES TO YOUR CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE STATEMENT"What "Cardholder Agreement"? What card? What account number? Where is itemized invoice? WHO sent this? Where is contact phone number?

No more than an hour after receiving Pam's report CK said: Received "Important Changes to your cardholder agreement and disclosure statement" - Just that notice, no more. No reference, no explanation, just a generic notice in an envelope. Envelope code; 4 14970 t453 p1 AUTO All for aadc REQUESTING EXPLANATION
