Topic Title: More HSBC Phone Calls to Wrong Number

JR told us: "I have received repeated phone calls for people who do not live here. I have told your associates that and asked them to stop calling. However, these calls have not stopped. I have received more than a dozen phone calls a day from you people and I'm tired of it. Please stop. I am highly upset by this whole situation. I have started noting times and dates of these calls and am willing to press charges if neccessary. If you would take you heads out of your butts, you would realize that the number -omitted- is registered to the -omitted-. I don't know what your problem is, but you need to get it resolved now. I will not be as nice to the next person from your office that calls here."
