FP in Alabama said "TRIED MANY TIMES TO PAY MY ACCOUNT ON LINE AND COULD NOT ACCESS THE SITE. WHEN I FINALLY ACCESSED THE SITE SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO REGISTER, I WAS ASKED FOR MY COMPLETE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I PUT IN AN INCORRECT NUMBER THINKING IT WOULD SHOW XS BUT IT SHOWED THE COMPLETE NUMBER. I DID NOT REGISTER BECAUSE OF THIS AND I KNEW IT WAS A CHANCE OF IDENTITY THEFT. I BECAME VERY SUSPICIOUS."
