JS, military stationed in California, asks " I checked my account today on 26 may 2006 and found an online promotion deduction for $100 dollars (HSBC RS Online Pmt06XXXX) I have never even heard of HSBC RS, let alone give them premission to to deduct any amount of money. Who are they and how can protect from this happening again?"
