Household - HSBC Watch is a consumer advocacy organization which is in no way affiliated with HSBC Bank plc, Household International, or their merchants. We need to make that perfectly clear.

Please do not provide information by email that requires action by any party other than Household - HSBC Watch consumer advocates, our webmaster, or our web host. To do so simply results in a delay as we reply by return email, the purpose of which is to clarify that we are not HSBC Bank and cannot help you.

Please recognize that our consumer watchdog and consumer advocacy programs are run by volunteers. If you believe that you need legal advice, please consult an attorney in the state in which you are located.

This form is for sending consumer reports and horror stories to our research department.

  

If you believe you have been victimized you should open our ' regulators ' menu to contact federal and state authorities. It is imperative that you inform your state attorney general. You can use our CapWiz form to contact elected officials and the media about your situation.
